1) No technical attacks on the channel, its users, or the IRC network.
2) No doxing. No posting personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, workplace info, phone numbers, relatives, images or similar information. Publicly available whois data is excluded from this rule.
3) No credible advocacy for any serious crimes (terrorism, violence, sexual abuse, or any other thing that could lead to law enforcement intervention).
4) Sustained and destructive trolling over an extended period of time that is intended to or obviously and clearly leads to undermining the channel is a bannable offense. This offense requires a majority of admins to agree.
5) No egregious flooding/spamming the channel. This refers to flooding the channel with posts that restrict the ability of users to normally chat, not merely low-value content.
6) Repeated degrading remarks based on an identity group such as race, nationality, religion, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexual orientation with the intent to harass is bannable at op discretion for a period of up to 24 brs.
7) Malicious use of other users habitual nicks is prohibited. This prohibition is to be used within reason and malice must be clear.
8) Repeated egregious vulgarity, such as linking to objectionable porn or gore, for the purpose of eliciting a reaction may result in a 24 hour ban at operator discretion.
9) Nicknames referencing slurs and genocide are banned on sight.
10) Lottoman does not exist. All chatters should place him on ignore. All ops have him on ignore. Do not bother the ops about him, we will not ban him, we will not acknowledge him. He does not exist.
